I placed an order on tutuboutique in August and still have not recieved it. I have left numerous phone messages and several e-mails. You have already charged my account. Why am I not getting any responses and where is my order? invoice #2801

Peter, I placed an order on October 6th of 2008 (my daughters Christmas tutu) It is January 30th of 2009 and I still have not received anything! You ignore all emails, phone calls etc. I even offered for her to send me something else, since I don't need a Christmas tutu now, and still nothing! I think I have been very patient, communication goes a long way. An email or phone call would be nice! You have my information under Gina C
